Shift feeder is the best solution for an efficient blister filling of products in various shapes and formats. This system can either be adapted on the existing blister machine or used as a stand-alone type. For minimizing any damage during the procedure, a holding system is installed within the machine. Brush box feeder is a universally used feeding system which operates through the rotation of brush sets and the silicon blade. As its biggest benefit, there aren’t any restrictions regarding the product size and design when applying to the system. This system detects residual volume inside the brush box and then automatically supplies a fixed quantity of products.
TRACK FEEDER
CUSTOMIZED FEEDING SYSTEM ACCORDING TO SHAPE OF THE PRODUCT
Track feeding system is the most standard feeding method for various products. It is a customized system depending on the shape of the product. If the pocket is designed to be larger than the size of the product, a shutter gate can be applied to open/close the gate at a suitable timing. If the film moves continuously, a moving track can be applied to supply the product simultaneously.

MULTI FEEDING SYSTEM

Multi feeding system is designed for inserting multiple products in a single blister. Each product is supplied from separate hoppers and then transferred to desired direction through selected track. This system is generally applied to table-top blister whereas detailed design varies by shape and pattern of the blister.

Ampoule / Vial feeding system is designed for fragile product which needs to be fed safely. These products are positioned at vial/ampoule drum through vibrated conveyor belt and then transferred into formed blister.

SYRINGE FEEDING SYSTEM
GLASS / PLASTIC PRE-FILLED SYRINGE FEEDING SYSTEM
Syringe feeding system is a glass / plastic syringe feeder which operates through the Scara robot. Once the syringes are arranged on the inclined feeding conveyor through disk type indexer, Scara robot picks them up to place into the blister. Since the vacuum suction pad is equipped, the robot can stably pick and transfer the syringes.
